When on Limsa Lominsa it looks like the ferry at the Fisherman's wharf only takes you to places on Limsa Lominsa (forgive me, I'm using the name of the city for the entire surrounding area).
This happened on Ul'dah too, the ferry that I THOUGHT would go to Limsa Lominsa went to another location on Ul'dah (again, using the name of the city for the entire surrounding area).
