Note: ( This only works for the skills in the circle excluding the black pearl skill. ) First off get a few skill points one or two, Six point if you wish to unlock all the skills. Directions: First hit K which will open you treasure chest to your skill page. Then open the sailing tab, from there click really fast on any skill that is not opened up like take cover. Congrats you have opened that skill! Note: ( you might have to retrain a few times to get them all unlocked. )
