| If the computer your using has windows 8 that might be the problem because they aren't compatible. | |

| My computer has windows 8 - and the game has always run for me. Never had an issue like Nate is. | |

| I have windows 8 as well I think I had to get Java (or maybe it was Firefox???) or I think I emailed the POTCO help line and they sent me a link, and I installed POTCO from the website, idk I had a friend of mine help me with my laptop I got for Christmas.  | |
